Privacy policy

This page explains what personal information Jack the Ripper London Tours collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Jack the Ripper London Tours is run by UK Empire Tours and Productions Limited, 65A Whitechapel High St, London E1 7PL. For anything about your information, email reservations@jacktheripperlondontours.com or call +44 20 8178 7696.

What we collect

• Messages: when you use our contact form, email or call us, we receive your name, your contact details and what you tell us.
• Bookings: bookings are made through our booking system, Xola. It collects what is needed for your booking, such as your name, email address, phone number and the tour you chose. Card payments are handled by the payment provider, not by this website.
• Visiting this website: our web host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information such as your IP address so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your questions, manage your booking and contact you about your tour, for example if the weather changes plans. We don't sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run our tours, such as our booking system, our email provider and our web host, and only as far as they need it to do that job.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for the reasons above and for our business records.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email reservations@jacktheripperlondontours.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We don't use cookies for analytics or advertising on this website. The maps on our tour pages come from Google Maps, and the booking pages are run by Xola; they may use their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page.
